Orders placed Monday through Saturday (IST) will be processed on the same or following business day and will be dispatched within two business days of order placement, provided the items are in stock at our warehouse.

For personalized merchandise requiring sublimation printing or laser carving (such as custom couple mugs or wooden keyholders), an additional 24 hours of curing and quality inspection time may apply before package handover.

Estimated Transit Times & Breakage-Free Packing

• Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days following dispatch.
• Rest of India: Standard delivery arrives within 5–7 business days.
• Drop-Tested Protection: All fragile porcelain ceramic mugs are packaged inside shock-absorbing, drop-tested polystyrene thermocol enclosures to prevent transit damage.
